We are looking for a Mid-Level Flutter Developer who is ready to take the next step in their career. At this stage, you’ve mastered the basics of Dart and Flutter; now, we want you to help us build scalable, high-performance applications that users love.

You will be more than just a coder here. You will be a solution architect for our mobile department, taking ownership of features from the initial whiteboard sketch to the final App Store deployment. If you enjoy solving complex state-management puzzles and have a “pixel-perfect” mindset, you’ll fit right in.

🛠 Your Primary Responsibilities

• End-to-End Development: Design, build, and maintain high-performance, reusable, and reliable Dart code.
• Architectural Logic: Implement clean architecture and advanced state management (Bloc/Riverpod/Provider) to keep our apps modular.
• Bridge Design & Engineering: Collaborate with UI/UX designers to bring complex, motion-rich designs to life without sacrificing 60fps performance.
• API & Data Management: Seamlessly integrate RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and local persistence (Hive/Sqflite).
• Code Stewardship: Lead by example through thorough code reviews, maintaining documentation, and ensuring SOLID principles are followed.
• Platform Optimization: Troubleshoot and fix performance bottlenecks for both iOS and Android platforms.

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 1.5 to 2.5 years of professional experience specifically within the Flutter/Dart ecosystem.
• State Management Mastery: You should be able to explain why you chose one state management solution over another for a specific project.
• Firebase/Backend Savvy: Proficiency in Firebase (Firestore, Cloud Functions, Auth) or similar backend-as-a-service providers.
• Version Control: Deep familiarity with Git-flow (branching, merging, and resolving conflicts).
• Native Curiosity: You aren’t afraid to dive into Kotlin or Swift code if a Method Channel requires it.
• Portfolio: A history of apps you have contributed to that are currently live on the Play Store or App Store.
